The United Empire Loyalists

The Society’s next event will be a talk on the United Empire Loyalists by Chair of the Quinte Branch of the Ontario Genealogical Society, Peter Johnson.

Peter is a former High School teacher with degrees from the University of Toronto. He was born in Toronto and has ancestral roots in the Bay of Quinte region. He has been a military re-enactor for many years, with an emphasis on the Revolutionary War and the War of 1812.

His talk on the UELs will take place at Macaulay House, 35 Church Street, Picton on Thursday, June 16th at 7.30 p.m.

Admission is free and all are welcome to attend.
